During your first appointment, we kindly request the following:

• Please arrive approximately 15 minutes early to complete your patient registration form.
• Please bring a comprehensive list of the medications you are taking.
• Please bring your private insurance card, if applicable.
• Please bring the health insurance card for any child under 10 years old.

We accept various modes of payment, such as cash, debit card, Visa or MasterCard. In addition, we collaborate with Dental Card, which offers installment payment plans of up to 60 months. Our goal is to provide you with flexible payment solutions to make our services accessible.
